Meet Evan
I am an Independent Conservative candidate running to represent the people of District 5 on the Williamson County Commission.
I came to Middle TN by way of Bible College in upstate New York and then traveling as a missionary for a year working in youth outreach throughout the US and abroad. After that I moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University in 2000.
My wife of 12 years and I have had the privilege to call Nolensville home for a little over 9 years now. Throughout that time we have enjoyed the local community, restaurants and events that make this part of Williamson County unique. We spend most of our time raising our three younger children, in the Bent Creek neighborhood, who keep us busy with all of their activities and events they are a part of. I am also an involved member of our local community serving on the Board of Directors for both Nolensville Soccer Club and Nolensville Youth Athletics. Our family also takes advantage of various service opportunities at Brentwood Baptist Church where we are members.
Day to Day Work Life
I have worked for over 15 years as a corporate strategist with a dedication to data driven decision making and continuous improvement of processes. By day, I currently run a small business that handles educational staffing and services for K12 school districts in the Southeast. I have a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and an MBA in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics; both from Belmont University. I have also attained other business level certifications in Lean Six Sigma principles as well as other fields. I believe in a full transparency approach to the governing process and an accessible, community engaged approach to planning.
I would be proud to serve as the voice of District 5 on the Williamson County Commission.
